The idea for a pop-up restaurant came about because I wanted to introduce Japanese food to my friends here.
What began as a one-off meal for a group of parents from the local primary school slowly led to the pop-up restaurant as it is now. We create and serve a mixture of the traditional dishes I miss from home with more western ideas - a taste of Japan accessible to everyone.
My husband and I have both worked in Japanese restaurants in London and bring professionalism to the home kitchen.
I hope a night with us will just be the start of your Japanese food exploration and adventure!
